MrBeast Walked Into Ramayana’s Mumbai Event. Ranbir Taught Him Three Words.
MrBeast joined Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and the Ramayana team in Mumbai, where Ranbir prompted the YouTube star to say “Jai Shri Ram.”

MrBeast arrived at a Ramayana event in Mumbai on Saturday and ended up needing a tiny bit of coaching from the man playing Ram. When the YouTube creator addressed the room, Ranbir Kapoor prompted him to say “Jai Shri Ram.” MrBeast repeated it; the audience erupted. Videos of the moment were circulating within hours across Indian entertainment coverage.
The stranger image may be the group itself: MrBeast beside Ranbir, Sai Pallavi and Ravie Dubey, with director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra at the DNEG/Prime Focus showcase. NDTV documented the event Saturday evening, while Hindustan Times and Indian Express independently reported the chant interaction. That triangulation is enough to establish the moment without pretending every viral repost is an official Ramayana upload.
For Chitram, Sai Pallavi is the bridge, but the marketing experiment is the story. Ramayana is being prepared in Telugu alongside other Indian-language versions, while Malhotra has discussed international localization beyond India. Bringing one of the world’s largest digital creators into a physical film showcase is a conspicuous way of demonstrating that global ambition rather than merely talking about it.
There is no need to inflate the appearance into something the makers have not announced. MrBeast has not been announced as a cast member, and Saturday’s event does not establish a role in the film. What happened is already odd enough: one of Indian cinema’s largest mythological productions put Sai Pallavi, Ranbir Kapoor and the internet’s biggest creator in the same promotional room — and produced a clip instantly built for the internet.
